Olivem 1000
Olivem 1000 is an emulsifier produced from olive oil. It generates very soft and soft emulsions (varying from a very fluid consistency to thicker, depending on the dosage). With a soft, non-greasy feel, it gives your creamy and dairy products excellent penetrating properties and light matting.
